Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days. Once you have placed your order you should recieve an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours please email jasminephillips@thejazzyexperience.com. Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

We appreciate all of our customers. All of our products come with a customer purchase guarantee. If a product packaging arrives defective, please send an image and a description to jasminephillips@thejazzyexperience.com within 5 hours of delivery. All returns must be shipped back to Jazzy Spirits within 48 hours of delivery in order to recieve an exchange. All orders must be returned in original unused condition with all accessories in order to recieve an exchange. The return shipping costs must be paid for by the customer.
